Our 100% Iberian Acorn-fed Shoulder Ham has a smaller size and weight than the ham. It is also less elongated and more circular in shape. It has a uniform and bright colour, with noticeable streaks of pearly-white fat. Its accentuated acorn flavour, sweet and marked aroma and its final aftertaste evoke the landscape of our pastures.
